Gazzetta's Bianco Peppino is a wine that comes from a blend of local grapes from old vines. The winemaking takes place with spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for ten days, before aging in glass demijohns for nine months. A wine of beautiful density, which strikes with heady notes of orange, bitter herbs and spices.
