Vin de France "Olla Blanc" is a complex and elegant white wine obtained from a blend of Macabeu and Muscat grapes with petit grain which come from old vines over a century old with very low yields. Whole bunch fermentation. Refine in exhausted 228 liter barriques. A wine that shows salt and fruit on the nose. Trampling mouth, fresh and savory.
