Didier Grappe's Chardonnay en Novelin is a white wine vinified in the "Ouille" style which speaks of the Jura in all its facets. The grapes come from 50-year-old vineyards, and the vinification takes place in stainless steel and fiberglass. The result is a precise, complex and profound wine with a unique character.

Hip Hip J ... S by Domaine L'Octavin is a white wine made from Savagnin grapes that come from the Domaine Villet in Arbois. Macerated in whole bunches for two months, followed by a year of aging in large oak barrels. Maceration allows Alice to play with the more aromatic side of Savagnin, giving exotic fruits and a touch of spice. A nice acidity adds further complexity to the wine. Savagnin by Domaine de la Renardiere is a wine pleasantly marked by intense and complex oxidative notes, powerful both on the nose and on the palate. Aged, as tradition, in barrique scolme, with voile presence, for 48 months. The nose is rich and complex, with hints reminiscent of dried fruit, spices and undergrowth. On the palate it is full-bodied, enveloping, of good freshness and excellent persistence
