WHITE WINES

Primatraccia is a white wine with character that comes from grapes that come from vineyards that look towards the sea, planted from 1998 to 2001 on clay and limestone soils. Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks with a week of maceration. Aging in amphora for 7 months. Wine not filtered, clarified and without added sulphites. Primatraccia thrills with its character, multifaceted nose and extraordinary drinkability.

Grapes: Local white grapes.

Alcohol content: 11%.

Aging: 7 months in amphora.

The C9H9No3 by Pistis Sophia is a macerated, bright and exciting white wine, which is aged in terracotta amphorae. Powerful, tonic and out of the box! It is part of the Agricultural Laboratory 16 line.

Grapes: White grapes.

Alcohol content: 12%.

Aging: 6 months in amphora.
