Cirelli's Pecorino is a fresh and fragrant white wine on the sip, balanced and harmonious until the end. After the manual harvest of the grapes in mid-September, the alcoholic fermentation is carried out without the inoculation of selected yeasts. It refines in steel where it remains for 12 months before being bottled. Versatile and easy-going, it is informal and ideal for every day, while maintaining a high level of quality.
