Vin de France "Rouchefer" by Domaine Réne Mosse is a fresh and dynamic wine obtained from Chenin blanc grapes. The grapes come from a vineyard of only 1.66 ha, with 40 year old vines and a yield of only 20 hl / ha. Clay soils rich in pebbles and quartz. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in wood. Satisfying wine, played on crunchy, rich and complex fruit. Gourmet.

The Dzi by Amélie Vuillet & Sébastien Jacques is a mineral wine with delicate fruit aromas that comes from a blend of Savagnin and Chardonnay in equal parts. The grapes come from vineyards located on clayey-limestone soils in Montigny-lès-Arsures. After manual harvesting, they are de-stemmed and macerated separately for ten days before being pressed and assembled. Refine for 12 months in barrique.
