Zerberos Viento Zephyros by Daniele Ramos is a structured and complex wine obtained from Albillo Real grapes. Maceration on the skins for 72 hours and aging for 12 months in 225 liter French oak barriques.

Conasbrancas by Fedellos do Couto is a wine produced with a prevalence of Doña grapes Blanca, Godello and Golgadeira grown on sandy and granite soils in the coldest area of ​​the Ribeira Sacra. Fermented in whole bunches and 45 days of maceration on the skins. After vinification, it is left to rest for about eight months in oak barrels. A wine with fruity aromas and a fresh, full-bodied and intense sip with a long and mineral finish.

Airene by Vinos Ambizè is a white wine made from the Airén grape. It comes from 40-year-old vines, guaranteeing its richness and complexity of flavor. Fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts and without temperature control. The contact with the skins lasts about four days. The wine ages in steel tanks for six months. Once bottled, the wine rests in the cellar for a month.

"Benimaquia Tinajas" is Spanish orange wine that comes from grapes of Moscatel, and is vinified in amphorae. It has an amber yellow color. On the nose the aromas of yellow pulp fruit, Mediterranean scrub and saline notes are clear. In the mouth it is juicy, pleasant and fresh, full-bodied, and slightly tannic. The Benimaquia Tinajas "by Rafa Bernabe also strikes for the bottle and the transparent label in which it is proposed.
