The Riesling Trocken "Faß 6 Senior" by Peter Lauer is a lively, juicy and mineral white wine, obtained with the homonymous grapes that come from ancient vines located on steep soils. The indication "Fab 6" indicates the provenance from a specific barrel, used every year for the production of the same wine, according to the oldest customs of the cellar.
