The Blanc by Domaine de la Boheme is a white wine made from Chardonnay grapes that come from old vines located in the village of Saint-Georges-sur-Allier, in central-southern France. The vinification is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts and the aging takes place for 12 months in oak barrels. The Blanc from Domaine de La Bohème is a deep straw yellow color, with spicy, mineral and fruity nose notes. The sip is delicious, it shows itself to be fresh and agile, balanced, with an excellent finish. A pure natural wine with no added sulfites.
