Savagnin Le Gentil Blanc by Bornard is a white wine with good tension, sharp finish with a saline tip. The fermentation is spontaneous in steel tanks and the refinement takes place in 228 liter wooden barrels for about 12 months. An eclectic wine is obtained, with varied and surprising scents, in superb balance between softness and freshness.

Alcohol content: 12.5%.
Aging: 12 months in large wood.
