Christian Tschida's "Non-Tradition" is a fascinating example of how combining different parcels can create a unique and complex tasting experience. Grüner Veltliner grapes come from two distinctive soil types: one limestone and the other on a steep shale slope, both facing south-east and overlooking the lake.
