Griddu Verde is a mineral and sunny white wine that comes from a blend of white grapes. Manual harvest of the grapes and in the cellar pressing with the feet and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with maceration on the skins for 5-10 days. Aging from 6 to 12 months in barrique and tonneau. The nose offers aromas of ripe white fruit, candied orange, followed by notes of aromatic herbs and brackish hints. On the palate it is warm, juicy, slightly salty, with a good freshness and delicate tannins on the finish.
Grapes: Blend of white grapes.
Alcohol content: 14,5%.
Aging: From 6 to 12 months in French cherry and tonneau barriques.

"152°" by Ilaria Addis is a white wine based on a blend of white grapes. A "happy mistake", for lovers of the oxidative genre. Light maceration. Dry and decisive wine with a scent of Mediterranean scrub, yellow fruit and white flowers.
