The Riesling by Domaine Durman is a counter wine obtained from the homonymous grapes that come from old vines located on soils rich in stoneware. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, and elevage in old barrels. The wine comes out in the spring / summer after the harvest to preserve the freshness and fruit. Not clarified, unfiltered and without added sulphites.

Krax by Domaine Durrman is a white wine macerated for 21 days based on riesling. No fining, filtration or sulfur addition. A light wine, with delicate fruit aromas. Easy to drink, it fits perfectly on a sunny day with friends.
