Fuoristrada by Ancarani is a white wine based on Trebbiano Romagnolo which is fermented both in terracotta and concrete amphorae. A soft and enveloping wine, where it does not give up freshness and flavor, thirst-quenching like never before.

First vintage in 2017 for a very inspired white starting from a vineyard planted in 1960 and renovated in 2001 on a soil of sandstone and clay. Spontaneous fermentation and subsequent aging of 8 months in cement on the fine lees. Scented and marine, between saline notes and traces of undergrowth.

Posca was a thirst-quenching drink from ancient Rome. The name wants to recall only the daily life of this wine and not its ancient composition. Obtained from white grapes and is the result of monthly filling of a perpetual tank started in 2011, harmony of various vintages, with younger wine. Obtained from spontaneous fermentations, it is neither clarified nor filtered. The nose shows the aromas of elderberry, white peach and gooseberry. The sip is very fresh, mineral with an overwhelming drink.

Dinavolo is a white wine macerated on the skins fresh and fruity produced by a blend of Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, Marsanne, Ortrugo. It has an intense amber color due to the long maceration on the skins. The nose releases intense fruity aromas, aromatic notes and tertiary hints. In the mouth it has good structure, with balanced freshness and fascinating tannic look.
