JNK's Sv. Mihael is a white wine obtained from a blend of Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon. The vineyards are located in the small town of Šmihel where there is a church dedicated to San Michele, from which the wine takes its name. Spontaneous vinification with only indigenous yeasts with a 4-day maceration on the skins. Aging for 12 months in old 500 liter barrels. The Sv.
