Mons Roni Cannitum is an orange wine produced from a blend of Verdeca, wild Moscatello, and Malvasia grapes. In appearance, it shows an amber–copper hue, typical of skin-contact vinification. Verdeca by Tenuta Macchiarola is a macerated white wine produced with Verdeca grapes, an autochthonous Apulian grape variety. Manaule harvest, and in the cellar the fermentation is spontaneous using only indigenous yeasts with a maceration on the skins for seven days. It follows an aging of about 6-7 months in steel tanks. The nose has chalk notes, fruity and floral aromas and pleasant saline sensations. In the mouth it is expressed with good freshness and minerality and ease of drinking.
