Alter Alea di Occhpinti is a wine made from pure white grapes that grow on a volcanic soil at 450 m.s.l.m. Aging 6 months in steel / cement barrels and at least 2 months in bottle before being put on the market. Wine with intense aromas of acacia and hawthorn white pulp fruit. It gradually relaxes in the mouth where it plays a lot on delicacy and freshness.
