WHITE WINES

Bianco Cancelli is a fresh, immediate and pleasant wine produced from white grapes that come from vineyards grown without aid of synthetic chemistry neither on plants nor on earth. Aging in concrete tanks. It has straw yellow with aromas of fruit and fresh flowers. In the mouth it is agile and snappy, dynamic fresh. An easy-to-drink wine.

Alcohol content: 10%.

Aging: A few months in fiberglass tanks.

Sciatto(L) is a wine made from white grapes. Spontaneous fermentation with one night of maceration on the skins. Refinement for a few months in steel tanks. Without added sulphites before bottling. The result is a wine with intense fruit aromas, great freshness and drinkability.

Alcohol content: 11%.

Aging: 6 months in steel.
