Ròo is an intentionally downgraded single-variety white wine, obtained from vineyards planted between 1970 and 1982, with average yields of around 50-60 q / ha. It matures for at least 6 months mainly in acacia. Ròo is the voice of the Carpenetese dialect of the second half of the nineteenth century, and means "halo of the moon".
Grapes: Blend of local white grapes.
Alcohol content: 13%.
Aging: 6 months in oak barrels.
