Mansano is a white wine macerated on the skins of excellent freshness and good body made from white grapes from vineyards located at an altitude between 500 and 700 meters above sea level. Fermentation takes place with only indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Short maceration on the skins and aging in steel.

Catavela di Denavolo is a simple and highly drinkable macerated white wine, produced from a blend of white grapes. It has a slightly golden yellow color due to maceration on the skins. On the nose aromatic fruit aromas, with beautiful floral notes. In the mouth it is vibrant with good body, pulpy, fresh and with slightly perceptible tannins.
