Litrozzo Bianco from the Azienda Agricola Le Coste is a pure and wild white wine obtained from a blend of local biamnche grapes. Manual grape harvest and spontaneous fermentation thanks to indigenous yeasts without the addition of sulfur dioxide. Aging in resin vat for a few months and then immediately in the bottle. Litrozzo Bianco is straw yellow in color. The nose recognizes vivid and defined hints of white pulp fruit. On the palate it is warm and fresh, perfectly balanced with a good finish. Ideal wine for summer friends.
