Carat by Bressan is a rich and full-bodied white wine that comes from a blend of typical Friulian grapes such as Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia and Friulano. The Not di Paraschos is a macerated white wine made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes from the Slatnik vineyard located on marly-clayey soil. On the nose sensations of candied and dried fruit with honeyed notes. In the mouth it is structured, dry, warm with a pleasant freshness and light tannins. Good persistence with a return of the candied fruit.

The Kai by Paraschos is a macerated white wine of great structure and personality obtained from grapes of Friulano in purity. It refines for 24 months in oak barrels and has an intense golden yellow color. On the nose sensations of yellow fruit like peach and pineapple, balsamic and iodine notes. In the mouth it is of great structure, warm with a pleasant freshness. A great wine.
