"Il Bianco" is a wine made from Vermentino grapes that come from vineyards about 15 years of age. The harvest takes place in early September and is vinified in steel with 2 days of maceration on the skins for about half of the grapes. Four months in tanks on the lees before bottling. A fresh and elegant wine that smells of fruit, flowers, and aromatic herbs.

"Monte dei Frati" is a juicy, sapid and mineral white wine based on Vermentino, vinified in steel with maceration on the skins for 48 hours. It has a mineral and Mediterranean bouquet, with notes of fruit, citrus and territorial herbs. On the palate it is tense and fresh, consistent with the sense of smell and persistent.

The "Stralunato" is a white wine made from Vermentino grapes with a small balance of white Moscato, which ages for 6 months in steel. A complex, soft wine with a distinctly mineral finish
