The Arbois Leon by Les Bottes Rouges is a splendid Chardonnay that moves wonderfully in the glass, opening up into a range of aromas upon contact with the air. Floral and buttery notes mix with hazelnut and green apple. In the mouth it is deep and complex.

Savagnin from Les Chais du Vieux Bourg is a white wine made from the grapes of the same name that come from 45-year-old vines that grow on blue marl subsoil under a layer of ice. Aging of 2-3 years in small barrels on fine lees, without decanting. Average quantity produced: 1,500 bottles per year. A delicious and structured wine that offers aromas of white berry fruit, citrus and mineral notes.
