"Don Carlino" is a white wine made from 100% Pecorino grapes and aged in cement tanks and wooden barrels. Nekaj is a rich and structured wine made from Friulano grapes from the vineyard on Monte Calvario, just outside Gorizia. After fermentation, it refines first for 23 months in large barrels and then in bottle for 6 months. It has a golden yellow color tending towards amber, with an intriguing nose of ripe fruit that ranges from apricot to tropical fruit. On the palate it is structured and elegant, with a subtle tannic texture with a very long finish.

Griddu Verde is a mineral and sunny white wine that comes from a blend of white grapes. Manual harvest of the grapes and in the cellar pressing with the feet and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with maceration on the skins for 5-10 days. Aging from 6 to 12 months in barrique and tonneau. The nose offers aromas of ripe white fruit, candied orange, followed by notes of aromatic herbs and brackish hints.
