Faia by Mai & Kenji is an expressive, complex white wine with excellent acidity. Obtained from pure chenin blanc grapes which come from small plots located on soil characterized by clayey sands, rich in quartz. Refines for 12 months in used wooden barrels. Given their goodness and very limited production volume, Mai & Kenji wines are almost impossible to find. If a bottle passes by, know that now is the perfect time to drink it.

Luna & Gaia by Domain Milan is a macerated white wine, fragrant, sapid and with an extremely fluid and thirst-quenching drink, where notes of Mediterranean herbs and citrus fruits intertwine on an extractive matrix. Produced with Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, Roussanne grapes, it undergoes maceration on the skins for 20 days in cement vats, and is aged in used tonneau for 12 months.

If you are looking for a unique sauvignon look no further, Laurent Lebled's A La Votre La Sauvignonne is the wine for you. Expressive nose, with aromas of fruit and white flowers, and light spicy notes. On the palate it is round, ample, enveloping, supported by a light fizz that brings freshness and drinkability. It is vinified in carbonic maceration, and aged in wooden vats.
