Pierre Frick's "Voyages" is a macerated white wine that comes from a blend of Pinot Gris, Sylvaner and Riesling grapes from three different vintages. On the nose it offers a bouquet with intense aromas of candied orange peel, tobacco, vanilla, strawberry jam, gingerbread and cinnamon. On the sip it shows an intense, rich and decisive body. Pierre Frick's Riesling is a wine made from grapes of the same name from the Krottenfues-Rouffach vineyard located on marly-sandstone soil. The harvest is manual, and after pressing the fermentation takes place spontaneously using indigenous yeasts. No addition of sulfur during winemaking. Aging in oak barrels on the fine lees for six months. No clarification before bottling. A wine that has intense and fine aromas of citrus, white flowers and white peach. In the mouth it is very mineral with subtle acidity and long persistence.
