A wine that comes from the heart of Hungary, obtained from the homonymous white grape variety originating from Hungary. Vines that grow on a wonderful volcanic soil capable of imparting minerality to wines. Harvest that begins at the beginning of September and takes place in several stages to reach perfect ripeness. After a slow and soft whole cluster pressing, the grapes are transferred to clay amphorae where they ferment and mature for 9 months. It was bottled in mid-July unrefined, unfiltered and without the addition of SO2. A wine that at the anso gives aromas of field notes, aromatic herbs, and citrus peel. The sip is guided by a fresh and vibrant minerality.

István Bencze's Aries Riesling is a fascinating wine with extreme tension and depth. To produce it, the oldest vines that reach 45 years of age are used. After a soft pressing of the whole bunch, it is placed directly in 750L amphorae where it ages for 18 months. It was bottled unfiltered, unclarified and without added sulphur. A wine that can age as long as you resist not opening it.
