Jean-Marc Dreyer is a great example of modern winemaking in Alsace, and in recent years he has been able to give a new impetus to Alsatian viticulture. Its wines have character, life and soul. This macerated Gewurztraminer is part of the Origin line, five varieties of white grapes (Sylvaner, Auxerrois, Riesling, Muscat and Gewürztraminer) which undergo maceration in contact with the skins for a period ranging from 10 to 20 days depending on the grape variety. Gewurztraminer Maceration has a golden yellow color. Fresh and exotic fruit notes on the nose. Daniele Piccinin's Larion is a fresh wine with an irresistible sip composed of Chardonnay and Durella which come from the vineyards of Ceng iel le, Ceng iel le alte, Pollini bassa, and Verzini. The vinification takes place with maceration on the skins for the Chardonnay, while the Durella is pressed directly. Subsequently, the Durella ages in wood while the Chardonnay remains in steel on the suspended lees all the time. It is a wine that presents a notable richness of aromas ranging from ripe fruit to floral nuances, from dried fruit to spicy notes. At the sip there is a marked flavor, excellent acidity given by Durella, and good structure and minerality.
