The Vermouth Numero Uno of Raìna is a vermouth produced from indigenous red berried grapes. The base wine is flavored with natural alcoholic infusions of aromatic herbs and spices. Vermouth Numero Uno is well structured, with notes of licorice, cinchona, rhubarb and citrus with balsamic hints.

The Vino Cotto of Podere San Biagio is a sweet wine obtained by boiling the must in copper cauldrons. It is caramelized by boiling, raw must is added to start the fermentation and once fermented it is added to the barrel of the previous year. Cooked wine is a traditional wine dating back to the Picene civilization.

Nessuno is the new Anforaje wine. A sweet red wine from overripe Pinot Noir grapes, which come from a small vineyard located near the sea. Vinification takes place with fermentation in amphorae and maceration on the skins for about 15 days. Aging for a few months in steel follows.
