The Vecchio Samperi by Marco De Bartoli is a legendary wine that reflects the tradition of the territory and is produced with white grapes. The color is golden yellow with an elegant and deep nose that opens on brackish notes, with the caper, dried fruit and walnut husk highlighted. The mouth is warm, enveloping and fresh. Infinity. Masterpiece.

Francesco presents us this little gem produced in only 400 bottles, produced with red grapes. The grapes that grow on clayey soils are left to overripe on the plant. Harvested in the first week of September, after destemming the must is slowly fermented in barriques where it is refined for 7 years. The gradual drainage determines a slight oxidation helping to define an intense, territorial wine with an incredible complexity.
