The Vino Cotto of Podere San Biagio is a sweet wine obtained by boiling the must in copper cauldrons. It is caramelized by boiling, raw must is added to start the fermentation and once fermented it is added to the barrel of the previous year. Cooked wine is a traditional wine dating back to the Picene civilization.

Anarchia Constitutionale by Massa is a partially fermented grape must based on white grapes that proves sweet and with low alcohol content.
