Yeasteria is a young and brilliant reality born from the idea of Esmeralda Spitaleri and Jacopo Nardi, a winemaker and a brewer with the desire to produce wine and beers for curious palates and receptive souls using a culturally physical, fun method , responsible and modern. Their distinguishing feature is the honesty they put into everything they do. They believe in the genuine nature of what they offer. They are free from prejudice, designation and industrial logic. They embrace or the pleasures of waiting and conviviality, the return to simplicity, the humility to bite as much as you can chew. The name of Yeasteria derives from the word "yeast", yeast in English, common denominator of fermented drinks since they are the basis of their production. Yeasteria wines are born from the selection of grapes grown on volcanic (mainly limestone), Colli Berici, San Giovanni Larione from Tenuta l'Armonia. The vineyards are between 300 and 600 meters above sea level and have an average age of 70. Viticulture with a biodynamic approach is applied to oysters, 500-501 preparations, copper and sulfur mixed with nettle extract. to keep the number of treatments as low as possible, all aimed at keeping the biomass that makes up the soil alive and vital.What you get are wines to be enjoyed in a shady corner during a torrid sunny day.
