Vigna San Lorenzo
Vigna San Lorenzo is a small reality located in San Lorenzo, in the typical hills of Prosecco. The wholly family-run business is led by Alberto and Marta. Four hectares of vineyards, surrounded by woods, found on stony soil of morainic origin with a good south-south-east exposure that will allow you to fully enjoy the sun's heat. We find Glera and other native types such as Bianchetta, Boschera, Glera, Grapariol, Perera, and Verdiso, which are treated by Alberto and Maria through Unicistic Homeopathy. Respect for nature and the environment, vineyards are pampered with biodynamic preparations, geomancy techniques for boosting energy, and the products are delivered through ionized water. Same respect occurs in the cellar, with spontaneous vinification, use of indigenous yeasts and short macerations on the skins as it was used in the past. A single product, the Col Tamarie with the bottom that is bottled in April with the must of the previous year and bottles into the bottle. A small masterpiece that makes its freshness and minerality its strength.
