Today the company, which works 3 hectares of vineyard producing about 25,000 bottles a year, is in the firm hands of Sergio, supported by his Familgia. Link While respecting the traditional winemaking area, in recent years, Sergio Barbaglia believed in the potential of grapes typical of Novara and decided to use them to experiment with new products such as: Spumante Metodo Classico from grapes 100% Erbaluce Brut version and Dosage Zero; Spumante Metodo Classico from grapes 100% Uva Rara vinified in pink; Passito from white grapes 100% Erbaluce; red Passito from grapes 100% Nebbiolo.
