La Basia

The history of the Basia has coincided from its inception in 1975 with that of Elena, the mother of the current owners. Viticulture has always been the heart of the business, to which riding and hospitality have been added over the years, keeping intact the rural identity of the business and the landscape. They still cultivate the countryside from which they obtain hay and cereals for feeding horses, oil, honey and flours from ancient cereals, which they grind in the historic mill of Bedizzole. Two years ago Elena fell ill, and her persistence was not enough to overcome her illness. One year after his death, we are determined to build a new story here at the Basia. In 2014 we had their harvest. Davide, Irene, Carla, Giacomo, Emilio and father Antonio.
