Ilaria focuses on the production of Erbaluce di Caluso Passito, because for her it means honoring her predecessors and carrying on the family tradition in fact, the passito is dedicated to the grandfather, who was called Tallin, recognized Maestro Vignolant. All processing processes in the vineyard and in the winery are carried out strictly by hand to ensure a final quality product of which the whole history is known. Since 2014 Ilaria produces the Erbaluce di Caluso Spumante DOCG classic method and from the 2017 harvest comes the first still white Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG.
