Their strong passion for wine and land led them to found this small company that is in the Basket Range in Adelaide Hills, in southern Australia, recognized worldwide for its fine wines, for the tradition of viticulture and for the magnificent landscapes . Here they produce some of the most pure, multifaceted and elegant wines of the state. They cultivate 3 hectares of vineyards planted with Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Gewürztraminer. The vines have an age ranging from 40 to 90 years and are located at 620 m.s.l.m. on clay and sandy soil, with the presence of schist and quartz. Fermentation spontaneous whole bunches, as used in Burgundy, and aging in steel tanks or in barriques. Three wines are produced, all in very few examples. Run to grab some.
