Colbacco -Azienda Agricola Rinaldi Marta
The Rinaldi Marta farm was born as a collaborative project of 4 friends of wine and wine: Guido, Zaffo, consumer and propeller of natural wine for more than twenty years, oversees the communicative and commercial part of the group; Luca and Giulio, winemakers, are the agricultural foundations, and Marco, Mr. Kurzt, who keeps the enological part of their ideas. The company decides to recover old vineyards of Grechetto, Trebbiano, Sangiovese and Merlot, to produce free wine in the most natural way possible, recovering the old wisdom handed down by the local elders and mixing it with the most profound modern knowledge of agriculture and enology. Decennial vineyards that were a tangle of brambles and weeds, have seen new life and today constitute a real ampelographic heritage to be preserved and passed on to future generations. The vines are grown organically, with spontaneous grassing, without any fertilization, weeding or pesticides, but only an exclusive use of copper and sulfur. Several wines produced, all spontaneously fermented, without added sulfur, neither clarification nor filtration: Micro-productions, difficult to find. Mythical.
