Azienda Agricola Aldrighetti
The Aldrighetti farm is located in Marano, on a hill, in the heart of Valpolicella. Historic winery, found documents bring back its birth in the sixteenth century, while the winery in 1930. The management of the winery is familiar, and from father to son for generations has been handed down the love for the land, the knowledge of the territory and tradition to make good wine that in these parts is produced with Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella. The Aldrighetti family has 4 hectares of vineyards in organic farming, located in one of the best locations in Valpolicella. The grape harvest is carried out exclusively by hand, it is the one used for the production of Amarone and Reciotto is placed in special wooden boxes and dried for a few months in the fruit stand. A Valpolicella and a Valpolicella Ripasso complete the range of wines. The afilosofia degli Aldrighetti is not to enhance their wines with an extreme use of barrique, but to try to express the territory and preserve the typical fruity notes of the vines.
