We taste the Stamas at a 16/18 ° temperature in large balloon glasses. Wine to drink immediately but leave a few years in the cellar can give great satisfaction. Open a few minutes before you taste it.
Wine that perfectly accompanies the important second of red meats, seasoned cheese, to try with a kid in the oven with potatoes.
