Dogliani by Altare is a red wine made from 100% Dolcetto grapes, which come from old vines planted on clay-limestone marl in the San Luigi area. It ferments in steel in contact with the skins for 3 weeks. It is also refined in steel for about 9 months. Explosive nose of fresh red fruit. In the mouth it is disarmingly pleasant. An alcoholic fruit juice.l.

Service

It is recommended to taste it to a 16/18° temperature in tulip glasses. Instant wine that can withstand a few years of aging. We recommend to keep it in a horizontal position in a cool cellar, damp and dark.

Pairings

It perfectly combines the first traditional Italian dishes like pasta with tomato sauce or meat sauce, try the risotto with chicken liver.
