SPARKLING WINES

The Agricolo Ancestrale is the result of Maurizio and Fabiola's passion for their little house in the mountains at 420 meters in the middle of the Belluno woods, in an atmosphere of nature, biodiversity and transparency. Casera Frontin is composed of a blend of local white grapes grown on soil with the presence of rock and clay bottom, spontaneous fermentation of the grapes and maceration with their skins for 3 weeks and then refinement in terracotta amphorae. The result is a Brut Nature sparkling wine that expresses the characteristics of this place in delicate floral and fruity notes, which unfold on the palate in fresh and mineral sensations.

Gaz de Schistes by Domaine Durrman is an aromatic pet nat with citrus scents and a vibrant acidity. The name derives from the schist slopes from which the grapes come. The Pinot Blanc is macerated for three weeks before being blended with Pinot Gris and Riesling, which continue fermentation together before finishing fermentation in the bottle. Lively and spirited, it amuses with every sip.

The Querciole is a sparkling white wine obtained by the method of fermentation in the bottle that comes from pure Spergola grapes. It has a yellow color tending to gold pure gold. The nose shows aromas of leavened dough, bread crust, ripe fruit and mineral notes. In the mouth the foam is alive and creamy, fresh, composed with a dazzling drinkability.

Wai Rosso is a fragrant and pleasantly flowing ancestral method that invites you to sip over and over again. Fruit of a blend of Croatina, Barbera and Pinot Nero. The vinification is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts only, followed by an aging of 7 months in steel. The refermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Ancestral Method. Refine 6 months in the bottle before being put on the market.

Grapes: 50% Croatina, 25%, Barbera, 25%, Pinot Nero.

Ombretta Mosso Rosato is a sparkling wine obtained with the use of both briefly macerated white grapes and directly pressed red grapes. After the first fermentation, the wine rests for the whole winter in a cool place in old wooden barrels. With the arrival of spring and the rise in temperature, the second spontaneous fermentation in the bottle begins. A wine characterized by a pleasant and slender drink, with aromas that refer to ripe red fruits and floral notes.

Alex della Vecchia's "Pedecastello" Sparkling Rosé is a refermented bottle made from red grapes. It is a fragrant and convivial wine that reveals hints of wild berries to the nose and a marked acidity on the palate.

The Propeller by [Trub: Stoff] is an ancestral wine refermented in the bottle, a recent project by the couple Florian Moll-Geraldine Bollmann, in Southern Baden. The vine is Muller Thurgau, coming from vineyards located on calcareous marls of marine origin in depth. De-stemmed and crushed grapes, 3 days of maceration, bottled during fermentation. Degorgement after 8 months

Guillaume Overnoy's Cremant comes from chardonnay grapes. Aging in contact with the yeasts for at least 30 months. A vein of bright golden yellow with a nutty impact on the nose, from a long evolution on the lees, with lots of pulpy fruit, sunny, round, long, rather savory, with a hint of shell and vinous return.

M & M'S ”by Orsi Vigneto San Vito is a sparkling white wine obtained from two local vines which macerate for 2 and a half months in Georgian amphorae. Golden / orange color, aromatic nose, intense, rich mouth, in balance between fruit, acidity and tannin which gives great persistence and which helps us preserve the wine without having to resort to the use of sulphites.

Vino frizznate Rm5 by Insolente is a fresh and mineral sparkling wine obtained with the method of refermentation in the bottle from pure white grapes that come from a vineyard of over 60. Fermentation for 10 days at room temperature and with indigenous yeasts in cement tanks, racking and resting on fine lees until February, racking with addition of fermenting must for the second fermentation and bottling

Neromaestri is a sparkling wine obtained from a blend of Lambrusco Maestri and Lambrusco Grasparossa. The nose is expressed with aromas of red fruit, intense and complex secondary fermentation aromas. On the palate it is enveloping, dry and dry, with a beautiful freshness.

"Steve" is a highly drinkable wine that comes from white grapes and has a straw yellow color with fine and persistent perlage. The nose is expressed with hints of citrus and white peach and delicate notes of hawthorn. On the palate it is fresh, pleasant, creamy with a disruptive drink.

Tippi di Tenuta Macchiarola is a fresh and drinkable sparkling wine that comes from Primitivo grapes in pureza with the method of refermentation in the bottle. The aromas are fragrant and intense on the nose, while on the palate it is very fresh and balanced. A wine that has its freshness and ease of drinking.
