Rkatsiteli Tibaani is a Georgian white wine produced with the grapes of the same name. The vinification takes place in the typical amphorae called "qvevri" with maceration on the skins for a month. Refinement takes place in the same amphorae. Golden amber color in the glass, it has a nose of wild honey, it is dry and unexpectedly full-bodied in the mouth, with notes of walnut and apricot.

Aging: 8 months in amphora.

Our Wine's Rkatsiteli Grand Cru Tsarapi is an ancestral and deep macerated white wine. Characterized by the long maceration in underground amphora typical of eastern Georgia which gives it a ferocious intensity. Very strong fruit and spices are replaced by anise and liquorice and the sip is enveloped in the right amount of tannins and long persistence.

Grapes: 90% Rkatsiteli, 4% Khikhvt, 6% Mtsvane.
Alcohol content: 13%.
Aging: 6 monhts in amphora.
