Di Gino Bianco by Fattoria San Lorenzo is a white wine obtained from Verdicchio grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous for 30 days in cement tanks. Aging in the same tanks for 6 months on the yeasts. It is the simplest of the Verdicchi di Fattoria San Lorenzo but offers incredible drinkability. The color is straw yellow with a floral nose on a citrus-saline note. In the mouth it is fresh and balanced. It goes down and you don't notice.

Artù di Fattoria San Lorenzo is obtained from a blend of Montepulciano and Sangiovese. It ferments spontaneously with only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks with 25-day maceration.
