Rosso RS is a wine that comes from a blend of Merlot and Pinolo, which come from vines grown on soils consisting mainly of "ponka", the typical soil of Oslavia and its surroundings, composed of marl, sandstone and limestone which gives local wines a unique texture . Aging in oak barrels for about 3 years before resting 6 months in the bottle. It has a ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose expresses aromas of ripe red fruits, with notes of spices and coffee. On the palate it is clean, soft, supported by a nice acid shoulder and a long persistence.

"Saltamartì" by Els Vinyerons is a juicy red wine, dominated by plum, currant and raspberry tones. Obtained from Tempranillo grapes of the 2022 vintage which are macerated on the skins for 3 days before aging in steel tanks. In the next phase, it is combined with part of the 2021 vintage which ages for 12 months in old 300 L French oak barrels. Finally, the wine was left to rest in tanks for a few weeks before bottling. The result is a rich and generous red wine, which well expresses the terroir of origin and the strong bond with tradition.

Rossounito is a wine made from different grapes from different producers, Aurora, La Viranda and A 'Vita. The grapes are spontaneously vinified in concrete tanks and aged in wooden barrels. "Teresa" is a very expressive red wine with a very pleasant bouquet produced with red grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts with maceration on the skins for a week in steel containers. Aging takes place for 12 months in old wooden barrels. Bottled without the use of sulfur dioxide addition or filtrations. Ruby red with light purple reflections, the nose expresses notes of red fruit, withered flowers and a slight spiciness. In the mouth it is warm, pleasant, a beautiful tannic texture and a finish of good persistence.

The "5" from Fattoria le Boncie is a red wine obtained from a blend of Sangiovese, Mammolo, Foglia Tonda and Colorino. Aging of about 8 months in wooden barrels. The color is intense ruby red with a nose that expresses fruity notes, Mediterranean scrub and spices. In the mouth it is fleshy with a soft tannin and a marked acidity. Fantastic drinking wine.
