Lammidia's Ferfellone is a fresh, juicy, and highly drinkable red wine. It undergoes spontaneous fermentation and brief maceration on the skins. It is then racked and aged in cement and fiberglass. A no-frills wine that immediately presents itself for what it is: simply wine.

Aging: Some months in steel.

Ottavio is a rustic and pleasant red wine produced with red grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts with maceration on the skins for a week in steel and cement containers. Bottled the following spring without use, sulfur dioxide is added or filtered. Ottavio has a pale ruby red color with floral and spicy aromas typical of Grignolino. On the palate it is fresh, pleasant, with light tannins and great drinkability.
