RED WINES

Ti' Rouge by Domaine des Miquettes is a red wine characterized by excellent acidity and juiciness. Obtained from pure Syrah grapes from all the vineyards of the domaine, it is vinified and aged in steel and amphora. Unfiltered and without added sulphites.

The "Mephisto" by Domaine de l'Ecu is a red wine produced with 100% Cabernet Franc grapes. Refinement takes place for 15 months in terracotta amphora and old oak barrels. No clarification and filtration before being bottled. On the nose there are notes of red fruit, small thefts of the forest, enriched by hints of undergrowth and dried flowers. On the palate it is complex, full-bodied, warm, fleshy, with a pleasant freshness and lively tannins. Long finish for an extraordinary wine.

Casse Tete by Es d'Aqui Jean-Louis Pinto is a deep and complex red wine, made from equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Carignan. Vinification with maceration on the skins for twenty days in whole bunches and refinement on the fine lees in terracotta jars. The nose reveals intense and pleasant hints of ripe red fruit, followed by a full and balanced sip, with fine and smooth tannins.

Alcohol content: 12,5%.

Aging: 12 months in terracotta jars.
