Interesting and multiple aromas on the nose ranging from fruity and citrus notes to hay and chamomile, followed by hints of flint. At the sip it stands out for its citrine freshness, its enveloping body and its long persistence.

The varietals used include Grecanico, Granaccia Bianca, Carricante, Cataratto, Insolia, Minnella, and others, contributing to a complex and nuanced profile. After aging on the lees for eight months in stainless steel tanks, Encore Ancora is bottled without filtration or fining, thus preserving all its vivacity and authentic character. It is a wine distinguished by its freshness, minerality, and depth, ideal for those who wish to discover the soul of Etna's wines authentically and without compromise
