A surprisingly broad wine for such a low alcohol content, with a long finish that plays on its minerality.

SM di La Sorga is a fresh and fruity white wine that comes from Marsanne and Sauvignon grapes, which come from old vineyards located on Villafranchiani soils in the municipality of Pézenas (Vallée de L'Hérault). In the cellar there is a maceration of 35 days for the Sauvignon, while the Marsanne is pressed directly. Aging in cement for 8 months. Neither filtered nor clarified, with no added sulfur.
